A Mandatory Site Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 17, 2018. The Meeting Area will be at Streetsville Bus Garage Security located inside the front doors at 6190 Mississauga Road, Mississauga, Ontario. Failure of Bidder to be present and registered from the time the meeting is called to order until the meeting is adjourned will result in disqualification from bidding.
Bidders must wear hard hats, safety boots, safety vests and have safety glasses with them at the site meeting(s). Failure to satisfy these requirements will result in exclusion from the site.
Each Tender must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $25,000.00 in the form of a bid bond or certified cheque payable to Metrolinx. Please read Section 12.0 of Instruction to Bidders.
Tender submissions will be accepted until the Closing of 3:00 p.m., Thursday, August 9, 2018, via Merx electronic bid submission (EBS) and will be opened by Metrolinx staff as soon as is practicable after the designated Closing. Details on where and when vendors can obtain information on bids received, will be made available on Metrolinx’s website.
Only Vendors who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:
The Vendor must demonstrate that it possesses the following experience and qualifications:

satisfactorily completed in the sole opinion of Metrolinx, five (5) contracts for work similar in scope, size, value and complexity as “the Work of this Contract”; and

the physical and financial resources to sustain and complete the Work.
