This Notice of Planned Procurement is to advise Proponents that Metrolinx plans to conduct a procurement process as described below.

This notice does not represent a solicitation or constitute a request for proposal, nor is it a commitment by Metrolinx to procure any of the described goods or services.

PROCUREMENT DESCRIPTION:
Metrolinx intends to conduct an open competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) process for the provision of Track Protection Services for Metrolinx-Owned Rail Corridors. All RFP documents, including detailed requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission requirements, will be available through the Metrolinx MERX Electronic Bid Submission (EBS) Portal at www.metrolinx.merx.com.

RELEVANT DATES:
RFP Issuance Date: February 2026
Closing Date: April 2026

Metrolinx may, without liability, cost or penalty and in its sole discretion amend the dates.
