Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Preventive Maintenance, Repairs and Related Services for Generators

A Mandatory Site Meeting will be held at:

09:00 A.M on January 14th, 2026, at Agincourt GO Station
12:30 P.M. on January 14th, 2026, at Ajax GO Station
10:00 A.M. on January 15th, 2026, at Union Station

Failure of Bidders to be present and registered from the time the meeting is called to order until the meeting is adjourned will result in disqualification from the procurement process.
Bidders must wear Green patch safety boots; hard hat; safety glasses; class three high visibility vest/top; work gloves at the site meeting. Failure to satisfy these requirements will result in
exclusion from the site.

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on February 6, 2026.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their
Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

Only Bidders who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:

The Bidder shall have successfully completed three (3) reference projects similar in value, complexity and magnitude as the Work stated in this Tender Document.
The Bidder, or its designated Subvendor, shall have satisfactorily completed three (3) projects involving emergency standby generators of similar value, size and complexity to the Work of this Contract.
The Bidder has a valid Workplace Safety and Insurance Clearance Certificate for the premium rate class, subclass or group as appropriate for the Work of this Contract, as issued by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.
