The purpose of the services requested in this RQQ is for the provision of IT business and technical management consulting services specific to the Oracle E-Business Suite of Products and associated processes on an emergent basis.
Metrolinx intends to award the contract to one or more than one proponent. The term of the contract shall be for two years.

Responses to the RQQ will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. ET on July 26, 2016 through Electronic Bid Submission (EBS) at MERX.
Proponents must download the RQQ documents from MERX in order for their submission to be considered. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all submissions at its sole discretion.
