Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for a BILLBOARD DEVELOPMENT
 
 ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on June 21, 2021.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using Metrolinx MERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the  Instructions to Bidders.
  
Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.

Key Dates (all times EST):

1. April 1, 2021: Process and Proposal Guidelines document published on Metrolinx MERX.
2. April 12, 2021: Opportunity for interested parties to request One-on-One meetings; EOI Submission form and Non-Disclosure Agreement due to Metrolinx at time of meeting.
3. June 7, 2021: Deadline for proponents to propose new locations.
4. June 14, 2021: Deadline for proponents to submit questions to Metrolinx.
5. June 21, 2021: Final information supplement will be released on MERX if needed. Throughout the process, all questions and answers will be issued to all the proponents in the form of an information supplement.
6. July 12, 2021: Deadline for submission of EOI term sheets and proposals including any supplementary material to Metrolinx.
7. August 2, 2021: Selection of lead proponent(s) and negotiations begin.
