Retail Support Services (RSS) Provider –Technical Support Services for PRESTO Retailers 

Metrolinx releases of this RFP to solicit proposals through an open competitive process.
 
The objective of this Request for Proposals is to establish a contract for providing remote and field-support services (Retail Support Services [RSS] Provider) for retailers that will be selling the PRESTO fare card and loading value or fare products (monthly passes, etc.) on the cards. This includes oversight, remote and on-site technical support, coordination with other Metrolinx vendors / suppliers, logistics management and reporting.

Metrolinx intends to award the Contract to one (1) Proponent. The term of contract is for five (5) years with options to renew for up to an additional five (5) one year terms, as determined by Metrolinx in its sole discretion.

Responses to the RQQ will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. ET on August 29, 2017 through Electronic Bid Submission (EBS) at the Metrolinx MERX Portal.

Proponents must download the RQQ documents from the Metrolinx MERX Portal in order for their submission to be considered.

Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all submissions at its sole discretion.
