Metrolinx releases of this RQQ to solicit proposals through an open competitive process.
 
The objective of this Request to Qualify and Quote (RQQ) is to solicit proposals for the provision of IT technology delivery services on an emergent basis.

Metrolinx intends to award the contract to one or more than one proponent. The term of the contract shall be for three years.

Responses to the RQQ will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. ET on April 18, 2017 through Electronic Bid Submission (EBS) at MERX.

Proponents must download the RQQ documents from MERX in order for their submission to be considered. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all submissions at its sole discretion.
