Stage 1 of the Signalling and Train Control  Prequalification Process


Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on May 2, 2017 through the MERX portal, and will be opened by Metrolinx staff as soon as is practicable after the designated Tender Closing Time.
Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Requests at its sole discretion.
Only Suppliers who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for prequalified for Stage 2 of the signalling and Train Control Prequalification Process:
·       shall provide project descriptions for two (2) of their CBTC projects completed in the last 10 years;
·       shall provide a project description for one (1) of their CBTC Brownfield projects completed in the last ten (10) years;
·       shall provide a project description of one (1) of their Conventional Signalling Interlocking projects completed in the last 10 years; and
·       shall provide a CBTC and Interlocking Revenue Proven Product.
