Experiential Marketing Services for Metrolinx, GO, PRESTO & UP

Metrolinx is seeking a full-service experiential marketing vendor pool with capabilities in the marketing activations space to lead various activation elements which include but not limited to activation strategy and design, staffing support, production, inventory and storage management and on-site execution. The requirements are more particularly described in Scope of Work of this Request for Proposal Document.

Responses to the RFP will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. EST on March 13, 2026 through Electronic Bid Submission (EBS) at the Metrolinx MERX Portal.
Proponents must download the tender documents from the Metrolinx MERX Portal in order for their submission to be considered. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all submissions at its sole discretion.
