Please respond with intent to bid via Merx by the Bid Intent Deadline on March 9, 2026 @
11:59pm Proponent is not required to identify Intent to Bid and will not be excluded from bidding if Proponent elects not to confirm their Intent to Bid.

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until March 16, 2026 @ 3:00 p.m. Toronto Ontario Time.

The “Proposal Document Form: Pricing Submission” has been excluded from the tender package.

Proponents must sign an NDA and send it to the RFP Contact. Within 24 hours of receipt, Metrolinx will provide Proponent with the document.
