Metrolinx is accepting Submissions this Two (2) Stage Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP)
ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m EST (Toronto Time) on November 26h, 2025.
To provide Enterprise Applications and Records Management Services for:
  • Enterprise Document and Records Management Application Managed Services (EDRMS – On-premises - Metrolinx owned)
    • Includes LegalTech application (MS Dynamics 365), integrated with EDRMS
  • Enterprise Geographic Information System Application Managed Services (eGIS – On-premises – Metrolinx owned)
  • Application Program Interface (API) Integration Gateway Application Managed Services (On-premises – Metrolinx owned)
  • SharePoint Online (including MyLinx) & Power Platform Application Managed Services
  • MS Purview/SharePoint Online/Power Platform Application Managed services for Records Management in SharePoint
