Metrolinx is accepting Submissions this Two (2) Stage Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP)
ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m EST (Toronto Time) on November 26h, 2025.
To provide Enterprise Applications and Records Management Services for:

Enterprise Document and Records Management Application Managed Services (EDRMS – On-premises - Metrolinx owned)
- Includes LegalTech application (MS Dynamics 365), integrated with EDRMS
Enterprise Geographic Information System Application Managed Services (eGIS – On-premises – Metrolinx owned)
Application Program Interface (API) Integration Gateway Application Managed Services (On-premises – Metrolinx owned)
SharePoint Online (including MyLinx) & Power Platform Application Managed Services
MS Purview/SharePoint Online/Power Platform Application Managed services for Records Management in SharePoint

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of Metrolinx MERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using Metrolinx MERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
