Visual Identity Development and Design Strategy Studio

The Metrolinx Creative Team is seeking to partner with an award-winning design
studio to continue to evolve our portfolio of brands. The successful partner will bring
a deep level of practical experience in graphic design and visual identity
development in the regional transportation sector, with a focus on lifestyle branding.
The Creative Team is structured and functions in a similar manner to advertising and
marketing agencies and therefore is NOT looking for account services, creative
teams or production staff. We require a graphic design, visual identity and brand
strategy development studio who can act as an extension of our team, as required.
A design agency to support the work detailed in the Scope of Work of the RFP.

Responses to the RFP will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. EST on September 12, 2025
through Electronic Bid Submission (EBS) at the Metrolinx MERX Portal.
Proponents must download the tender documents from the Metrolinx MERX Portal
in order for their submission to be considered. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject
any or all submissions at its sole discretion.
