Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Provision of Photography Services
ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 28, 2023.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

Only Proponents who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:

The Proponent should demonstrate its experience in performing work similar in scope, complexity and estimated value as the Scope of Work stated in this Request Document, by including a detailed description of the Corporate Firms qualifications and experience including but not limited to:

Ten (10) years of experience as a photographer with body of work demonstrating the various styles/genres they specialize to shoot in and their capabilities within that style.

Demonstrates Proponent has the equipment required to conduct and produce quality photoshoots and outputs. This includes quality photography equipment which matches photography industry standard including camera, lights, meters, reflectors, appropriate lenses, access to equipment and assistants, experience with recruiting and directing/photographing talent, composing of shot lists and advising on locations.

Experience covering real customer experiences and journey, architecture, construction progress, landscapes, moving vehicles, in some cases with limited set up and lighting kits. Experience working with companies (but not limited to) transportation, travel, government entities, large B2C companies.

Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
