Market Research Full Service

The Metrolinx Market Research team supports both urgent and long-term evidence-
based decision-making and delivers on an ongoing requirement to understand
customer needs, which in turn ensures that current and future customers remain the focus of our business decisions.

The Market Research team also executes custom research enterprise-wide, including
for Marketing, Operations & Safety (GO & UP), Planning & Development, Transit
Customer Design and Payments (PRESTO).

The purpose of this RQQ is to establish Vendor of Record contracts with a pool of
qualified market research firms to support Metrolinx Market Research team’s project
capability.

The term of contract includes a two-year initial term with an additional one-year Term
extend option to be exercised at Metrolinx’s sole discretion.

RQQ documents are available online at www.metrolinx.merx.com

Responses to the RQQ will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. EST on March 22, 2024
through Electronic Bid Submission (EBS) at the Metrolinx MERX Portal.

Proponents must download the tender documents from the Metrolinx MERX Portal
in order for their submission to be considered. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject
any or all submissions at its sole discretion.
