Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Consulting Services to Manage and Review Third Party Applications On an as Needed Basis
ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 8, 2023.
***NOTE: ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION
Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Only Proponents who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:

1. 1. 1. 1. Ten 10 years’ experience with designs and management of construction-related activities within and in proximity to active heavy rail corridors five (5) years of experience with a project oriented permitting process.
1. 1. 1. 1. Five (5) years of experience in designing and implementing CADD and GIS quality assurance and control management systems to ensure digital files are accurately georeferenced and in accordance with applicable standards.
        
        The necessary resources (including suitably qualified personnel) to complete and sustain Services as detailed in the Scope of Work to the satisfaction of Metrolinx.
        
        The Vendor shall have the capability and capacity to perform field inspections for quality and safety purposes at any time of the day or night
        
        Demonstrated experience in preparing engineering design or method of construction standards and/or guideline documents.
        
        Demonstrate a formal process to provide project cost estimates and invoices; along with managing of change orders.
        
        Demonstrate a central repository to store, share and manage project relevant documentation with internal and external stakeholder groups.

Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
