Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Provision of First Aid Vendor to
Expedite MX Mandated Training

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 10, 2023.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

Only Proponents who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:

A. Demonstrated expertise in the delivery of first aid courses
that are in adherence to First Aid Regulation 1101 to three
(3) or more organizations.

B. Ability to deliver Emergency and Standard First Aid, plus
recertification, training.

C. Is recognized as an approved WSIB provider.

D. Hold a letter of authorization indicating they are granted
“equivalent” recognition as referenced in Regulation 1101 of
the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act.

E. Instructors credentials are valid and current (have completed
the instructor training program, co-facilitate at least two (2)
sessions, plus monitored by the training provider; has taught
a minimum of two (2) courses per year).Corporate Firm

Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
