Only Proponents who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:

(A)       Ten (10) years of experience in project management of Transportation Planning consulting services

(B)       Ten (10) years of experience with Design software required to create professional site plans

(C)       Project Manager should have ten (10) years of experience in project management

(D)       Writers of the SMP reports should have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in professional writing, editing, and creative software

Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
