A Mandatory Site Meeting will be held at Union Station at the Great Hall inside the station
beside the Clock, address: 65 Front Street West Toronto, ON, M5J 1E6 on March 16, 2023
at 1:00 p.m., Toronto, Ontario time.

Please respond with intend to participate in the Mandatory Site Meeting via Merx or by email
to: Rebeca.Salas@metrolinx.com by March 14, 2023.

Failure of Bidders to be present and registered from the time the meeting is called to order until
the meeting is adjourned will result in disqualification from the procurement process.
Bidders must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Class III: Florescent Orange “Blaze”
or Yellow “Chartreuse” CSA Safety Pants and Safety Vest/Jacket, safety boots, hard hat and
safety glasses with them at the site meeting.

Failure to satisfy these requirements will result in exclusion from the site.

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on April 13, 2023.
