Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for a Vendor of Record Arrangement for Noise and Vibration Services.

Please respond with intent to bid via Merx by the Bid Intent Deadline of October 24, 2022.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the  Instructions to Bidders.

Only Proponents who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:

• Eight (8)+ years of experience conducting noise and vibration impact studies as part of a construction project;
   
• Experience in successfully managing noise and vibration assessments for transit projects in Ontario, Canada or other parts of North America;
   
• Knowledge of relevant Federal, Provincial (Ontario) and Municipal policies, procedures and legislation and, where none exists, knowledge and experience of other appropriate legislation, guidance or standards; and
   
• Ability to liaise with other specialty consultants, contractors and Governmental Authorities.
