Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Design and Delivery of New Rail Operations Manual

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the  Instructions to Bidders.
Only Proponents who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:
 

1. Ten (10) years of experience in graphic design, digital (PDF, HTML) layout, and printing of large documents (large number of pages)
    
2. Ten (10) years of experience acting as a project coordinator for the client, coordinating any sub-contractors (e.g. graphic designers, print vendors etc.) required to complete work.
