Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the  Instructions to Bidders.
Only Consultants [1] who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:

1. 1. 1. 1. The necessary resources to sustain and complete the Services to the satisfaction of Metrolinx;
         2. At least five (5) years of experience working with client projects performing services similar in scope, complexity, and estimated value.
         3. Corporate Firm Experience and Expertise in the implementation of SaaS Solution for mentoring programs, as further described in the Scope of Work – Detailed Scope of Work, should demonstrate the Proponent’s knowledge and experience including but not limited to establishing an effective working relationship with Metrolinx, managing its Personnel (consultants/subcontractors) that are offsite and demonstrating how it will conduct knowledge transfer to Metrolinx  throughout projects.
         4. Five (5) years of demonstrated experience and a proven track record in successful mentoring program design, delivery, project management, program management, and administration.
