Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Indigenous Culture Awareness Training for all Metrolinx Staff

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Only Proponents who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:
(A) Demonstrated expertise in Indigenous history and culture, decolonization and anti-racism with the program curriculum reviewed, vetted, and supported by traditional knowledge keepers and/or Indigenous organizations
(B) Ability to tailor programming with Ontario-specific content, with a focus on the Metrolinx operating area (generally, the Greater Golden Horeshoe Area).
(C) Ability to deliver a combination of virtual multi-media training and in-person seminars to executive-level audiences.
(D) Ability to customize/adapt curriculum content based on Metrolinx feedback.
(E) Ability to provide additional resources beyond the training module content for further exploration of relevant topics and/or to answer/address one-on-one questions/clarifications from participants.
(F) Ability to secure keynote speakers for virtual or in-person events.
(G) Ability to track quantitative data (e.g. completion rates) in support of Metrolinx KPIs.
(H) Ability to generate and distribute certificates of completion.
(I) Administrative and communications support to support roll out of training program.
(J) Details regarding any community benefits/social enterprise initiatives.
Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
