Only Proponents who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:
 

1. The necessary resources to sustain and complete the Services to the satisfaction of Metrolinx;
2. At least three (3) years of experience is desired working with client projects performing services similar in scope, complexity, and estimated value.
