Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the  Instructions to Bidders.
Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Requests at its sole discretion.

Only Consultants who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:

• The necessary resources to sustain and complete the Services to the satisfaction of Metrolinx;
• Ten (10) years of experience in waste and recycling haulage and disposal for industrial, institutional or commercial facilities;
• Ten (10) years demonstrated experience with sustainable materials management and innovative waste solutions;
• The ability and necessary resources to:
  • evaluate a customer’s current waste and recycling management including types of wastes generated;
     
  • identify opportunities to improve waste diversion and reduction while generating cost savings;
     
  • implement a Sustainable Materials Management Plan to improve waste and recycling management in an effort to drive continuous improvement and reduce costs and materials expenditures; and
     
  • provide on-going evaluation and benchmarking.
