Metrolinx is soliciting information for Content Management System for Customer Digital Signage Management System
Metrolinx customer use Metrolinx’s digital signage as one of the main sources of travel information while on their journey. Therefore, it is instrumental that Metrolinx operates Digital Signage system that allows for efficient content management as it relates to use and maintenance of the digital sign templates, and provisioning of the business rules that define the content displayed.
The purpose of this RFI is to collect information about vendor capabilities and proven experience with supplying, customizing and deploying Metrolinx Customer Digital Signage Management System that can handle both information visualization and implementation of business rules that will drive the content.
Information gathered as a result of this RFI process could be used to establish the requirements for a future Request for Proposals (RFP) in relation with the roll-out of future Metrolinx Customer Digital Signage System.

RFI Submissions will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. Toronto Time on January 10, 2020 through Electronic Bid Submission (EBS) at the Metrolinx MERX Portal.
Vendors must download the RFI documents from the Metrolinx MERX Portal in order for their submission to be considered. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all submissions at its sole discretion.
