Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Provision of Bus Wash Steel Structure Rehabilitation at Oshawa (Package 1) and Brampton Facilities (Package 2)
Package 1 - A Mandatory Site Meeting will be held at 1002 Thornton Road, South, Oshawa, ON, L1J 7E2 on Tuesday July 25 at 1:30 pm
Package 2 - A Mandatory Site Meeting will be held at 85 Van Kirk Drive, Brampton, ON, L7A 1A4 on Tuesday July 25 at 10:00 am
Failure of Bidders to be present and registered from the time the meeting is called to order until the meeting is adjourned will result in disqualification from the procurement process.
Bidders must wear safety boots, safety vests and have safety glasses with them at the site meeting. Failure to satisfy these requirements will result in exclusion from the site.
Bidders, their employees, agents, Subcontractors and Suppliers, shall execute a release of liability form and return it to the Procurement Representative prior to the commencement of the mandatory site/information meeting in order to access the site.
Each Submission must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $25,000 in the form of a bid bond or certified cheque payable to Metrolinx.

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on August 16, 2023.
***NOTE: ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Only Bidders who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:
• CORTM Certified status with the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA); or
• ISO 45001; or
• Out-of-Province CORTM Reciprocity (for bidding purposes only) through IHSA.
Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
