Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Ontario Line Don Valley Crossings Construction Works
Commercially Confidential Meetings (CCM) will take place between July 10, 2023 and July 21, 2023. The deadline for Proponents to request a CCM is July 7, 2023.

Metrolinx is issuing this Request to be Prequalified, SQ-2022-CCPC-142 to establish a prequalified list of Proponents (the “Prequalified List”), with the necessary experience, qualifications and resources to perform work for Ontario Line Don Valley Crossings Construction Works (the “Project”).
The establishment of the Prequalified List marks the end of “Stage 1” of the procurement process for the Project. Metrolinx then intends to issue subsequent procurement processes to Proponents on the Prequalified List (each process a “Stage 2” procurement process) to select specific Proponent(s) to enter into negotiations, if applicable, toward a contract for the performance of specific portions of work on the Project. The Scope of Work for the Project is described at Appendix “B” – Scope of Work.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Please be advised that, as per the October 1, 2019 changes to the Construction Act, RSO 1990, c C30, the Terms and Conditions in the Form of Tender for this solicitation contain new requirements.
Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
