Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Provision of Preventive Maintenance Inspection
and Emergency Repairs for Overhead Doors and Dock Levellers at Willowbrook and
Layover Facilities

A Mandatory Site Meeting will be held at Willowbrook Rail Maintenance Facility on
February 21, 2023 at 1:00 P.M.

Failure of Bidders/Proponents to be present and registered from the time the meeting is
called to order until the meeting is adjourned will result in disqualification from the
procurement process.

Bidders/Proponents must wear Class 3, Level 2 HVSA PPE with them at the site meeting.
Failure to satisfy these requirements will result in exclusion from the site.

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on March 8, 2023.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of
MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission
using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Only Bidders/Proponents who possess the following experience and qualifications will be
considered for award of this Contract:
● The Bidder shall have successfully completed five (5) reference projects similar in
value, complexity and magnitude as the Work stated in this Tender Document.

Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
