Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Alliance Auditor to the GO Expansion- East Harbour Transit Hub Project.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the  Instructions to Bidders.

The tender documents Attachment 7 - Redacted Form of Alliance Development Agreement and Attachment 8 – Redacted Form of Project Alliance Agreement are password protected. Proponents should complete and sign Attachment 9 – Form of Non-Disclosure Agreement and submit it by email to the Procurement Representative to obtain the password.

Failure to sign and submit the Attachment 9 – Form of Non-Disclosure Agreement to the Procurement Representative in accordance with this Request Document will result in the Proponent’s Submission being declared non-compliant and disqualified.
