Tender No. PT-2017-BI-280

Metrolinx is accepting Tenders for Dundas and Highway 27 Carpool Lot – Park and Ride Expansion.

Each Tender must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $100,000.00 in the form of a bid bond or certified cheque payable to Metrolinx.

A Mandatory Site Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, 2017 at the Burlington Carpool Lot at Dundas and Hwy 7. The entrance to the Carpool Lot is located off Dundas Street, east of Hwy 407, opposite of Northampton Blvd.
Please meet in the Carpool Lot to sign in with the Procurement Representative.

Failure of Contractor to be present and registered from the time the meeting is called to order until the meeting is adjourned will result in disqualification from bidding.
All attendees must wear safety shoes and safety at the site meeting. Attendees shall supply their own safety wear. Metrolinx shall not supply any safety wear. Failure to satisfy these requirements will result in exclusion from the site.
ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on May 23, 2018.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Only Contractors who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:

satisfactorily completed or is satisfactorily performing in the sole opinion of Metrolinx, a contract for work similar in scope, magnitude and complexity as "the Work of this Contract";
achieved CORTM “Registered” status with IHSA; and
the physical and financial resources to sustain and complete the Work.

Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders at its sole discretion.
