Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Annual Bridge Inspection Engineering Services

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 12, 2021.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the  Instructions to Bidders.
Only Contractors[i] who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:

Satisfactorily completed in the sole opinion of Metrolinx, a contract for work similar in scope and nature as “the Services of this Contract”;
The necessary resources to complete the design sustainable, cost-effective; able to meet the schedule and complete the Services to the satisfaction of Metrolinx;.
Minimum ten (10) years of experience in inspection, design, and construction project management of railway bridges with the reference to CN Standard and AREMA;

Demonstrated experience in load safe capacity rating of railway bridges in a similar magnitude of the Work;
Proven skills and abilities to communicate design concepts and principles in clear, concise and plain language; and,
The physical and financial resources to sustain and complete the Services.





Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
