Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for Landscaping and Snow Removal Maintenance Services at Barrie Layover, Bradford Layover and Lincolnville Layover Sites Facility
A Mandatory Site Meetings will be held at August 17, 2020 @  9:00 a.m. Toronto, Ontario time at three (3) locations as set out below:
Failure of Bidder to be present and registered from the time the meeting is called to order until the meeting is adjourned will result in disqualification from the procurement process.

1. 1. 1. First Location: Barrie Layover

1. Follow ON-400 N to Essa Rd in Barrie. Take exit 94 from ON-400 North
2. Turn right onto Essa Rd (signs for Downtown/Essa Road North).
3. Turn right onto Tiffin Street.
4. Continue right onto Lakeshore Drive.
5. Destination will be on the right side.

1. Bidders are to proceed to through the gate to the vehicle parking lot where we will convene and start the site orientation.

1. 1. 2. Second Location: Bradford Layover

1. Get on ON-400 S from Lakeshore Drive and Essa Rd.
2. Follow ON-400 S to Simcoe County Road 88 in Bradford West Gwillimbury. Take exit 64 from ON-400 S.
3. Turn left and drive to Holland St W in Bradford
4. Turn left on Dissette Street and destination will be on the right, across the RONA store.

1. 1. 3. Lincolnville Layover

1. Turn left on the light at Dissette St. and continue onto Hwy 11/York Regional Rd 1.
2. Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Green Ln E/York Regional Rd 19.
3. Use the right lane to merge onto ON-404 S via the ramp to Toronto.
4. Take exit 41 for Regional Road 40/Bloomington Road.
5. Turn left onto Bloomington Rd/York Regional Rd 40.
6. Turn right onto York Durham Line/York Regional Rd 30.
7. Turn left to stay on York Durham Line/York Regional Rd 30 (signs for York Road 30).
8. Destination will be on the right

1. 1. Due to COVID-19 social distancing requirements the Bidders are required to practice  social distancing as per these Contract Documents.
      1. For social distancing purposes only one (1) person per Bidder is allowed. The Bidder’s representative should email the Procurement Officer to confirm attendance, and provide the Release of Liability Form together with the Health Screening Form (COVID-19) attached by Thursday August  13, 2020 3:00 p.m.. Once the Bidder’s representative has expressed their interest to participate, the Procurement Officer will contact the Bidder’s representative to assign a time slot for the Site Visit.
      2. If any attendee answers “YES” to any of the questions, they are not permitted to attend the site meeting.
      3. If the Bidder is a Joint Venture, any Joint Venture participant may attend the site meeting on behalf of the Joint Venture.

1. 1. 1. 1. Proper CSA (green triangle) approved safety boots;
         2. CSA approved hard hat;
         3. High Visibility vest/shirt/jacket;
         4. Approved safety glasses; and
         5. Appropriate face covering (mask).

1. 1. 1. satisfactorily completed or is satisfactorily performing in the sole opinion of Metrolinx, a contract for work similar in scope, magnitude and complexity as "the Work of this Contract"; and
      2. The Bidder has a Smart About Salt Certification.
