Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the  Instructions to Bidders.

Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion. Please note the Vendors contracted under RFP-2017-VRM-054 CPP2 for Metrolinx I&IT Programs and Managed Services are excluded from submitting a proposal on this specific RFP due to potential Conflict of Interest concerns.
